River Rafting Peru 1 Day
Description
Enjoy one exciting day of River Rafting, go through Urbamba’s rapids class II and III special for beginner, it has nices scenery near Cusco, and give you a wet, thrilling ride.
Itinerary Day 1: Cusco - Ollantaytambo At 9:00 AM we leave for the Urubamba River in the Sacred Valley of the Incas (north of Cusco), where our guide will give us an introductory chat on safety and equipment for our trip running the Urubamba. We will raft for around 2 ˝ hours in Class II,III.IV+ and V rapids, depending on which route we select.

Class II, III, IV Chuquicahuana section.
we always take a safety kayak with us, so it means one extra guide for the safety of our clients.
After lunch we return to Cusco, arriving at around 5:00 PM.
The rainy season is a really good time to go rafting because the river gets faster and the waves and other hydraulics are larger. The rainy season lasts from December to April
